The task
Plan a small bathroom with a bath, a washing machine and niches, show the result in 3D and prepare drawings that let the builder do the job without guessing.
What I did
- Layout options to choose from; the chosen one was taken to a working project
- A plan with dimensions from the bare walls and heights from the finished floor
- Renders from five angles: from the door, the bath and niches, the overall view, towards the entrance, from above
- Working drawings on 10 sheets: fixture set-out, water supply with outlets, wall elevations
- A pick of fixtures, furniture and tiles with item numbers and prices, and tile quantities with a margin
