An AI assistant pilot for a scrap metal collection company’s website
A chat for the client’s WordPress site: it asks for consent to process personal data, answers from the site’s content and collects a lead by template — name, phone, metal, volume, address, service needed. The work runs in stages; stage one, a pilot on the site’s own data, was built on a demo environment and shown to the client.

The task
The client wanted an “AI salesperson” that knows the site and an internal base — prices, minimum volumes, coverage, documents — and hands leads to the manager in charge, in Telegram or Google Sheets rather than a CRM.
What I did
- A pilot on YandexGPT that answers from the site’s content
- Consent to personal data processing before the dialogue starts, as the client required under Russian law 152-FZ
- Each lead arrives in the manager’s Telegram group as a filled-in template
- A demo environment on my server, shown to the client
