Contracts for a children’s school, filled from photos of forms and passports
A recurring job: from photos of handwritten forms, passports and birth certificates I fill in the contract template for each family. Data-priority rules and a discrepancy check are part of the work.
- 1 file
- per family
- 0
- changes to contract terms
- A list
- of discrepancies with every batch
The task
The school collects parents’ details on paper. They have to move into the contract template quickly and without mistakes, one file per family.
What I did
- A priority rule: a printed document beats handwriting, unless the handwriting is clearly newer
- Contract terms never change — only the data does
- Every discrepancy — amounts, typos in bank details — goes on a separate line in the message to the client
- Clean metadata in the finished files
Proof
- A recurring order: the client keeps sending new batches of documents
What else you can hand over to me
- A sales or purchasing planning model in Excel
- A dashboard in Excel or Yandex DataLens
- A report formatted to GOST 7.32
- An Access database: tables, queries, forms
- Fill a pack of contracts from photos of documents
