A drug-registration consultant’s site: rebuilt, with a living diagram
A business site for an expert in registering medicinal products in the EAEU: consulting for pharmaceutical companies and mentoring for future specialists. All that was left from the previous developer was the live site, so it was rebuilt from a copy: the circular diagram drawn again and brought to life, random pictures replaced with meaningful ones, contacts opening email from a button. Russian and English versions, no site builders or libraries.

The task
Finish a site made by another developer when no source files are left: keep the content, make the diagram clear and alive, and make the site tidy on a phone.
What I did
- The site rebuilt from a copy: clean markup, all the text readable without JavaScript
- The full registration cycle as an SVG diagram: on a computer the stages light up in turn, a click pins a stage and opens its description
- On a phone the diagram becomes a story: the ring pins to the top, and the comet and the highlight follow the scrolling cards
- Animations without libraries: blocks appear on scroll, figures count up, cards light up under the pointer, photos have a gentle parallax
- The first screen’s background is molecules and links drawn on a Canvas; fewer of them on a phone, so the text stays readable
- Random pictures replaced with meaningful ones, contacts open email from a button, the address copies in one click
- Russian and English versions, a keyboard-friendly mobile menu, reading progress in the header
- The “reduce motion” setting is respected: the animations switch off, the content stays
Proof
- The page plays a recording of the live site on a computer and on a phone: the diagram works differently on each
