1C ↔ online store exchange: a live bench

A model of the standard 1C ↔ site exchange over CommerceML: the accounting system on the left, the exchange in the middle, the shop on the right. Change a price or stock, add a photo, place an order, and see which requests and packages go back and forth. A scenario walks through four typical cases, including the one from a real job: product photos lost on export.

1C ↔ online store exchange: a live bench
The bench runs right here. Change a price or stock in 1C and press “Exchange now”, order something in the shop on the right: the middle shows every request of the exchange, and clicking a line opens its XML below. “Play the scenario” walks through four typical cases.

The task

Show how a 1C ↔ online store exchange works and where it usually breaks, without opening anyone’s database or site.

What I did

  • The whole protocol: checkauth → init → file → import → complete for the catalog, query → success for orders
  • The XML of every request (import.xml, offers.xml, orders.xml) with the changes highlighted
  • An order from the site becomes a sales order with a reserve in 1C, and the next exchange carries the free stock to the site
  • The case from a real job: photos lost on export, accepted by a bridge plugin
  • A Telegram message to the manager about each new order

Proof

  • The bench runs right on the page: edit prices and stock in 1C, order in the shop, switch the plugin on and off

What else you can hand over to me

  • An AI assistant for your site that knows your prices and sends leads to Telegram
  • A Telegram bot, deployed on a server
  • Set up or fix the exchange between 1C and your site
  • Deploy a service on a VPS and document it in a clear runbook
  • A cloud pipeline for IRL streaming
